Our building
experience with Serene Homes was quite exceptional. We saw
a well thought out an open floor plan under construction at
the framing stage.
The attractive
pricing of the home included high-end features such as:
granite kitchen countertops, 42” high alder wood cabinets,
rounded corners, imported wrought iron entry doors, and
designer lighting and plumbing packages. Serene Home’s
team was always responsive to our questions and requests.
We asked for a few changes after contract and prices were
usually available the same day. Our home was closely
supervised and suppliers (tile, carpet, plumbing, hardware,
and lighting) were extremely helpful with selections.
We highly recommend
Serene Homes as a builder. They are professional,
efficient, consistently onsite, and straight forward. The
Serene Homes team follows-up and follows-through. We are
very happy and confident about our beautiful new home. They
“actually did” what they said they would do. They built a
home that in the end was customized just for us.
